Anyone care to tell me why I'm pulling for my baby girl to come early? The credit for kids is supposed to drop this year. I think it's going from 1500 to 900 or something. The IRS does make its share of mistakes, but more often then not its someones wrong calculations. I dont claim myself in the beginning of the year therefore they take more taxes through out the year, I claim myself at tax time, I get back what I paid in plus some.
