I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Ji553r Posted November 12, 2010 Report Share Posted November 12, 2010 a couple small things from science.....it takes the average man 7 minutes to fall asleep. also something that has helped me i read that to help fall alseep and relax keep the tongue on the bottom of your mouth. when your tongue is touching the roof of your mouth it promotes brain activity.......now right after reading this take a sec and tell me where your tongue is, bet its on the roof I don't fuck around.
