x2 with what Roscoe said..Your Logo needs to stand out...Like BLaw, BaM..Know what I am saying..I like this design, If the letters in the grayed areas were outlined in Black. So they would stand out. Also the Logo would pop if it were outlined in Black where the grey was..Make it stand out..You are on to something for sure with this one.

I like it. I have to agree with others about the "DC" being outlined, maybe do it in gray or a lighter blue.

i tried to keep it as cheap as possible. its a 1 color design (despite it looking like 2)

IMHO, this scheme ranks last out of them all. I personally think the main focus should be on your logo. The logo is almost completly lost in the splatter paint effect.
