Bondo 45s?

I know its probably been asked before but can bondo be used for 45s? and anyone know how many db gains are gained from doing so?

Not sure if you would wanna use only bondo to do your 45s. From my experiences, large amounts of bondo tend to be fragile so if you put it under stress, its probably gonna break. I would cut wood strips for the 45s then either smooth the seams with a little bit of bondo or resin preferably.

you can cut strips of wood, or you can use kitty hair (bondo with fiberglass matte broken up into it...you can also use chopped matte to mix into the bondo), you can buy this stuff premixed, bondo brand is called marglass

You can always use pvc to round the corners

my team mates have used what looks like the metal that goes on the contours of a roof. its just a round metal strip that is already at a 45.
