maybe you didnt plug the rca in far enough. It a common issue people have for some reason. Some rca's have thick boots that keep them from plugging in all the way i think.1 point

ive ordered 2. my first dd-1 came like the stock pic, but my second one didnt have the rca adapters. they arnt necessary to run the dd-1. as for the leads, i think you might have gotten the wrong set, but it should still work just fine1 point
