I designed this wire to go to the right (your left lol)....it needs to kinda fold once i put the piece in. That's only half done...time to do the other side. Same procedure of course...crimped nicely and then soldered. I think heat shrink is right up there with cow bell. Everything is better with more of it.

Im not sure how it looks bad. Flushed in all the gauges. Worked with the body lines you had took the steps to make it look like it could have been factory. Throw in flawless body work and a professional color match and it gets the thumbs up here.

The typical comment of "you should have done it my way, its better".

like how he says "looks so shitty" then "not hating friend" If I made something as sick as that and one of my so called "friends" said it looks shitty I would definitely take it as HATING. Honeslty would be offended them calling me "friend." There are ways of saying you dont like something, and there are ways of being a dick!

It's amazing how many pictures one small little project like this one can generate. I guess you can call this a "how to make a molex plug" update. Any time you have a lot of things that need to be unplugged at the same time, a molex plug is where it's at. You might have seen me do this to my door panels, Chicken's Caddy door panels, the A-pillars etc. I do this of course because if i need to remove the panel and work on it or take it out for any reason, i don't have to butcher the wire. I simply unplug and go. IIRC i got all this stuff at parts express. It's been a while but last time i got them i bought extra's. Being a pack-rat has it's benefits I was just going to use a series of push-on slide connectors (male/female) but those things can be hard to remove and plus they are kinda ugly. Like i said, i had extra molex plugs so i decided to take this to the next level. Always plan this out and be careful! things can go REAL bad if you have even one wire wrong (as you can imagine). Cutting all the wires to length. making sure i have enough male/female pins to get the job done... I have a LOT of reds/whites soldered together ( and 4 grounds....so they get soldered into a more manageable single wire. Crimped well into the plastic jacket to give it some support in case it gets pulled (even though i know it wont). I didn't just crimp them, i also soldered each one. Built to last is how i do it.

I go extra when i "sale, ship, buy".I pray it gets to you fine. Cuz, i have pics, and vids of her packaging it and all. I paid extra for that shit....... such a piece of gear deserves it. Im sure it will show up in great condition, and alot of seller's should take notes on how you conduct business

the sucky part is, someone at GM thought it would be a good idea to have a dash at an angle while the center console is straight. So i kinda gota funky angle meeting a straight thing and also meeting a curved thing going on (where it meets the OTHER plastic under the steering wheel) Honestly, the pictures don't look nearly as good as it does in person. I can't wait to finish it! Also, do you guys remember the fan system i installed years ago to keep the amps under the box cool? well years later i now get to control those fans with a TM-1! I am so excited about that! no more remembering to turn them on...it's all automatic now
