Stopped by Woodcraft in Rancho Cordova, CA today. I really just wanted the "Dust Deputy". It's a little cyclone thing that is supposed to drop all the big stuff in an easily removable canister leaving the actual plastic bag mostly empty. Tim at Audiotistics recommended this thing and i have been thinking of it for a few weeks now. But i also wanted a new Dust Collector too. Mine still works but it is 5 years old and i am due for an upgrade. So i decided on this new Jet 1.5hp model. It has everything i need ready to go. I will use my old one for my panel saw on the other side of the shop so it will be nice to not have so much piping running all over the place. Anyway, i really wanted the 2hp model Laguna they had there, but it runs on 220. My 220 by the CNC is all used up. In order to run a 220 model, i would have to run an entire new wire and conduit all the way to the other side of the shop where the box is. No thanks. This one i got (the 110) actually kicks ass so far! Oh and i had i all day before even opening up the big yellow envelope it came with. I finally cracked it open tonight and found it has a remote control. I didn't even know it came with one! i like it! Oh i have not tried the Gluebot yet but Tim also spent my money today and told me i needed this too. So i got one. Anyone try these yet?

I'm just wondering if everything would be ok at even hpf of 80hz if I do -5db with the gain on the dd1

right now I have the hpf on my hend unit at 100hz it has a 12db slope.
