i dont think you realize the scale of their business, the amount of items stocked, the amount people it has to go through just to update. No reason to not like sonic, they have the best CS you will find as far as a general online electronics store. You sound sour when in reality you could have gotten a refund and went else where..

what do you need? i am thinking of making custom stickers for people on a case by case basis. The hardest part about ANY sticker (and most expensive) is getting the first one done due to it needing to be vectorized. If someone already has that file ready to go, its a piece of cake and CHEAP. email me what you need i will see what i can do
