RMS is continuous power subwoofer can take over some period of time. Max power is power subwoofer can take over a very very short time, like burp for <5 seconds.

at what ohm load are you going to run them? Because if your running them @1ohm it will be 1 ohm on 1 NS-1 or .5 on 2 3500's.

I wouldn't put rear speakers if your going to be running 5k out of the trunk. Your not going to hear them anyway. Also, it will be somewhat hard to balance out the front and rear in order to have goof midbass
