    #1-This is a tough one. I don't know what the legal issues would be by shooting the guy. Unless he's armed, then no question he's taking a couple. #2-Definitely shoot to kill. Legitimate self defense. The issue you might run into here though, is some states have some retarded laws when it comes to carrying or transporting a gun in a motor vehicle. I don't carry, but know enough to answer.

There are many stories of them not doing rated (im one of them) and failing prematurely. But the biggest thing is he burned a bunch of people on their orders and warranty work when he up and disappeared a couple years back. Then he suddenly pops back like nothing happened.
