    Why so big? Port takes up more space than you calculated, i.e. whats the port length?

    Why does it matter how loud it is outside? Use cardboard to trace the shape of the gaps, then copy it over to mdf. Use foam or gorilla tape on the smaller openings.

    Hes still open, but I would recommend against using his products. Go with DC, Mechman, or Singer. Might cost a little more but you get what you pay for and actually get customer service. If you buy an Irraggi, you will never hear from him again, especially if its a warranty issue.

    Well a single sheet in the center of a metal panel changes things, thats where I got the idea. Just boring, rainy day thinking I guess.

    Got a few extra sheets here. Would a couple attached to the inside of a large MDF panel, say 42x29, help any? Just a waste of time?

    My boy here has 4 15's walled in his '01 and he cut out the entire rear deck. Again, tight fit. Its not about stuffing as many of the biggest woofers as you can in your car. Its about using what fits. A wall with 2 18's or 3 15's in a good design would sound way better than 4 18's stuffed in a shitty sealed box.
