  1. I can understand having kids and needing room for stuff. So point taken and I hope you know I meant no disrespect, just my 2 cents lol!
  2. Nice setup but I am trying to figure out why your amps are in front of your subs! I would recomend putting all your amps in the trunk and sliding your box forward until you seal off the trunk. If thats a possible move for you I would recommend it. But other than that it looks nice and clean!
  3. I agree that you must have alot ot patience because I dunno if I would have them to solder all those wires. But I gotta say man that you have done a really good job so far and am looking forward to seeing some vids of people running away from your hoe lol. On a side note there is a guy that lives in my area and he has a chevy blazer with 8 2500bd fosgate amps on 4 18's. I believe the subs are Team RF and I got to sit in it a little while back. I am quite certain I felt my brain shaking because it was just stupid loud. Its a two door and the subs sit right behind the two front seats. So I give props to you Steve on how you can drive around with your subs slammin cause I couldnt do it!
  4. You got alot of room in a expedition lol. I would of went with 4 15's or 2 18's if it was in your budget. Anyways good luck at the show!
  5. I dont have a clue as to whats wrong with your volt meter but I wanted to reply to your post cause I noticed no one else has lol. I would maybe ask the same question in the battery/alt section!
  6. The show is on September 5th in Platte City, MO at N.W. Audio. Registraion is at 3 pm and the show starts at 5 pm. I will be there so feel free to say hi if you see my blazer. Heres a link to there website and these guys do some sick installs. Check them out! http://www.nwaudio.net/
  7. I got the VC2 12 inch subs in my blazer and they hit really good, but I had my box built at N.W. Audio which is where I bought my subs at. I am planning on buying two more here pretty soon and a 1500 watt amp to push a total of 4 12's. Check out my vids to see my subs excursion and you will be amazed!
  8. I also like your kick pods man! It makes you feel good when you build something yourself huh!
  9. If you got XP then you already have integrated burning software. Just highlight all the songs you want and drop them on your burner drive and then just follow the prompts!
  10. I also say be yourself and be unique. Its not neccissarily about the subs but more about the power you put in and the right size box. I bet you could put 6 12's or 4 15's behind the seat in your truck. Go to a local stereo shop and see what they suggest. But in the end its up to you. I would start with buying some 0 gauge wire for power and some Kinetik batteries for juice. Personally I would suggest 6 12's that would handle like 5000 watts between them and get two fosgate 2500bd's. That will slap hard as hell in your cab.
  11. I have been eyeing this one because of the warranty and price! http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_10299_...+Power+760.html
  12. Basically ya, I am only putting 300 watts to each sub and they can handle 500 a piece. Once I get some more money to buy me a 1000 watt mono block amp I will and really make my subs wang!
  13. Ya I noticed that after I sat down and watched the video. The next ones I make will not have as much movement!
  14. I know its not like the other videos on here but I am impressed with what I got in my Blazer. Watch for yourself!
  15. I dunno what the freq is but David Banner-Mississippi slaps hard as hell. Its got a nice consistent bass note throughout the whole song!
  16. Fosgates site has a box calculator link right on the main page. You will need to measure your box and then put all the measurements in to get what cubic feet your box has. I dunno how to find out the frequency of your port!
