    I've had issues with my sa15's not moving. I had 4 on a crescendo 5500 an even put 6 on the same amp an they didn't move very much. I never did fix my problem.

    I'm running my crescendo 5500 at 1ohm an 16.2v charging on a 12" shocker 3 woofer. For those who don't know the shocker 3 is a model just under the sig series. An has been handling it np

    Being a noob I think you should buy a complete set of speakers, for you to buy raw drivers and design a enclosure and a crossover network I think its a little out of your league right now.

    i have one of the older 18" bl subs and am using it in a home audio application. im just needing t/s specs for the woofer cause i need to down size the enclosure now to make more space in my living room right now its 13 cubes tuned to 29-30hz im needing to bring it down to about 6-7 cubes now. just wanting to see how its going to model up in winisd. thanks

    In my old truck like that I had done 2 8"l7s ported on a pioneer spl5000 amp (1500rms) they took it like a champ an sounded very musical.

    I got a dayton 240w plate amp, other than the 60hz hum its a great amp.. Its powering a 18"bl motor with sundown soft parts in a 14cuft box tuned to 26hz.. It gets pretty retarded at low vol..

    So I tooks some take to try to seal box off to the b-pillars an it seems to help a bit.. Just got to stiffen up the tape so its not flopping around! Lol. I hope this solves my problem

    We poped the leads on the battery before wiring to the amp.. I believe this is box number 12 or 13 for the truck and nothing is working "good".. Its a far cry for a 150db mark. I think with that power and cone area it should not have a problem doin 150's all day long.
