Having problem #2 as well, It posts when it wants to, Didn't say anything thought it was just me.

I honestly think this game would be better played on the new generations of systems, Ps4 and Super VCR.

Ah, Damn, I didn't think the graphics could be enhanced that much...

As said I am not biased towards any company, I just like what works best for me. And for now it seems that multi core processors are being used more. Its probably the next big thing in computers. But while I am a fan of this new 8 core, it is not a true 8 core processor by normal means. I have been told that a legitimate 8 core processor with TRUE cores would exceed the in the thousands and well above the I7 Extreme. I just don't like how it cant be optimized towards both company's without having to modify it. I'm thinking that if AMD CPU's were optimized for windows it would be on equal footings as Intel. I might be wrong. AMD's new CPU 9000 FX series left much to be desired, and with a mandatory water cooler, only raises prices.

I've also read that Windows was not optimized for AMD, BUT there is a patch that will make it so that it will run better on AMD cpus, You just got to email Microsoft and they will send it to you, Why are they being secretive not sure. But I also know, There is a patch for games to be optimized for AMD which supposedly surpasses an Intel CPU in games. There was a test where games were patched to better use AMD CPUS, and the results did way better than expected. There was also a thing where Intel made it so games always sensed that it was running on an Intel CPU therefore making it run better. But when patched over, it ran even better I believe. Intel did this so people would buy their cpus over amd.

That actually....makes sense. But its like asking why AMD does not actually make products that can actually compare to Intel. (I'm not a biased to either one, Just which is cheaper and will be more future proof)

I've been told that in SLI Nvidia 770's will beat out a single titian. I think I also read somewhere that SLI 780's also be near a SLI Titian. The 780 is already near the titian without it being SLI. I guess its more price point per performance. I do agree with you, I'd rather have one card vs 2 because its less space and less power consumed, its cheaper, less can go wrong.

Please elaborate on how the 7970 isn't a great card. The 7970 is supposed to be one of the better cards. Based on reviews and benchmarks I'm interested as well. But Hes right about SLI and Crossfire beating out a single graphics card. More is better.

You got an I7, On a laptop? How hot does that get? What year is your laptop? Isn't 512 MB of ram for a graphics card kinda small for current games.

If you don't mind I would like to see what you can build for me. I like to keep an open mind to see whats out there and the best deal. I've had one gaming computer before it was a quad core, but It was one of the first ones I think, I got the computer back in 06-07 ending in 06 back in November and took 3 months to piece together. I don't remember what Intel quad core it was but it was only okay. I know it was one of the higher end ones. The graphics cards I had was an SLI of Nvidia Evga 8800 GTS 640 MB Edi. I see that you build custom computers. If you don't mind helping me that is. I just know I want to keep the 8 core processor, I am really liking it. I like single graphics cards, I've had trouble with my past SLI, I like alot of storage and I want the budget below 800 if possible. That build I posted is only slightly above it. I have an OS, Monitor, And I have the most stock keyboard and mouse combo you can possible imagine.

An AMD Based build because I like to be different when it comes to computers, PLUS the 8 core AMD really appeals to me. I just have to decide which processor I want the 8320 or the 8350. The new FF game looks sick, I'll be playing that game for sure. I'm going to be on server Cactuar probably.

I thought that consoles have limited frame rate, IE, Set so where its optimized for the game. So its not jumping around all the time, Not like a computer where the games are dependent on GPU's and CPU's.

I will be getting this new game that is coming out for the Computer, A new MMORPG from Final Fantasy, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn You need a pretty good graphics card to play this with good graphics. Its a subscription game just like WoW (World Of Warcraft) but it seems cheap.
