    Sweet! Turns out 1" mdf is exactly 1". Not .8" like 3/4 mdf. This will make life a bit easier

      where you get 1"? they don't stock it ANYWHERE close to me, have to go to cabinet shop or something...

      Hey you can get 1.5 also fromcabinet supply house. Heavy as hell you can get 4x8. 4x10 or 4x12 sheets.

      yeah but 3/4" is actually slightly bigger. You will find this out if you try to use a standard stacked dado set to do 3/4" dados and rabbits. I know from experience lol
