  1. I dont neccessarily agree. One of the sickest walls i ever saw in person was a ford probe that had 5 stroker 15's in a wall. And it did some awesome numbers with only 5 1200 watt amps!
  2. ON the amp i'm using now, it has never gone into thermal protection. And i run it for long time at .7 ohm with never any problems. On an old set up i had with an old u.s.amps vlx-50, i ran it one time at .33 ohms bridged mono and i could run it at full tilt for 20 minutes before it would shut down from thermal protection.
  3. very nice on impala Yep! If i could find somewhere around here to do that without getting in trouble with the cops, i'd do a vid like that with my 65 impala
  4. Wow!! This thing is looking sick nasty!! Nice equipment!
  5. I believe the xl's and up are not recommended for sealed.
  6. Thanks man, got it working for me now!! No prob you guys, but credit goes to AdamTheAudioMan he's the one that posted about changing our theme. Maybe, but without posting clear instructions to go with the suggestion, i say he gets half credit. lol
  7. Dude, go back and read post 6 and 7. We dont have garage showing on our screens like that!!!
  8. You can get a couple of FI audio SSD 15s for around $450. They are rated at 1000rms each and FI is a great quality company. Thats one option i can think of.
  9. What kinda power are you gonna be running on them? Beat me to it, woodzyspl!!
  10. Ok, cool. Gotta get over there and let you hear my little wall in my car when i get it straightened out with DC power and actually get a high output alternator i can use!! And i got to hear yours with the new amp!
  11. we do too. my dad is restoring his 1968 camaro 4 speed. Gotta put up pics of my 1965 impala build sometime.
