My alt charges my kinetiks at 15.2, no issues

What most people fail to realize is taxing the rich doesn't effect them like you would think, they just pass it down in price hikes or lower wages and makeup for it off the backs of working people

whichever you want the voltage to read from.... i run mine to the rear battery where my amp pulls from but i think its mostly preference

Well thats what I'm asking. I have the stock alt on now with no voltage drop and sparse upgrades (Big 3). I am even running a stock battery, and at full tilt, there is almost no drop. However, my system isn't very powerful at the moment but I did come across these underdrive pulleys by unorthodox racing for my accord. I'd like to get a little extra power out of her, because the K24 is quite an engine when its worked. I just was curious about the possibility of a bigger alt on a smaller pulley. i see what you are saying now, but you have it all wrong. an underdrive pulley will turn the alt slower, resulting in less power being made, what you are wanting is an overdrive pulley to turn it faster

overkill is relative lol, i would just use 3/4 and double baffle with bracing if it were me, but hey, if you want the 1" go for it, just make sure you have a back brace handy, that shit is heavy!

why would you want to run an alt on an underdrive pulley? turning it slower would be the last thing i would want it to do

Is there a way you can take only the bracket off and leave the alt on?

i have always set my gains with the subwoofer control on the HU to max, then you can gain it down from the HU at anytime to your needs

they have system of the months with limitations... couple months ago was 1000 watts and last month was 2500, just wait around on one that fits you if you dont want to enter against the big dogs

just thought i would share with yall what a local shop has going on. i follow them on youtube and seen this build they currently have going on, 4 dd9518s in a 6th order bandpass going into a chevy dually, each sub hacing its own ddm3. from what i can tell, 7 xs batteries and 3 mechman 400amp alts, looks sick. they normally update stuff until its done so hopefully we can see the finished product soon
