Finally got my sub in a box it's happy with, roughly 1.75 cubes with a 4 flared port powered by an RF T1500bdcp. First box I made was around 1.75cubes, but I went with some crazy 3 3inch ports with half of it external. I screwed up the tuning cause it slammed the ultra lows, But not so great on music whoops. Should have double checked my numbers before building my box.

RF T2 subs are very good, but imo the sundown x is better. I still run RF amps and they are beasts. I'd go RF amps and sundown subs in you situation . The cool thing about RF amps is the CP the amp puts out near the same power 1 ohm or 2. I've run RF amps for 20 plus years, well there was a couple of MTX years the early us ones, but never had one fail.

Nastradamus, I love your setup, and can't waite to see what u do with the m3 8's. I got one and just tested in my wife's, with a T1500bdcp. It slammed, Wow that little 8 moves some air, and took the triple power for a couple of minutes. Rusty got that sub perfect.

Steve, all your products are great, and I don't feel over priced at all. It's hard to get a company off the ground and it's super hard to get a car audio company off the ground. You earn my respect for even trying, but I know you'll make it the products are just too good not to. She'd run like hell, she really is scare of just the XL, the Lv6 might make her faint. What's crazy about it is back in the early 90's I used to rock Kicker C18 and C18a. They had big magnets for the time, and she was fine around them. DC is just on a different level!

I bought a XL12 for the wife. When It first arrived damaged I sent one Email to CJ at DC and he solved the problem he sent out a call tag, and a little while later a new sub shows up in mint condition . I was so happy and all, til the wife saw it. She wouldn't even go near it lulz... Say's she just don't like it. See that's the problem cause it was going in her car. So good for me and DC, cause I ordered a M3 8 for her, which arrived in mint shap, and she likes it. ... And I have an XL12.

Not only do I use ofc, l look for the best like Stinger Skyhigh and so on. Not the cheap wire thats supposed to 0 gauge and is really 4 gauge.
