  1. Honestly that response curve looks horrible. Ignore the manufacturer specs for the sub just see what models best in winisd. Don't limit it to 1 cube.
  2. Holy shit... I wish I had room for more motor to handle 10k...
  3. I wish my local shop had a termlab...
  4. Wouldn't hurt anything because aa's can't provide enough amps they might explode though lol
  5. It's not clipping.... You had your subsonic filter set wrong. What is your box tuned to?
  6. Use short wires to connect to your front battery. Jump the +12v wire to your remote wire input. Use a mini jack to rca converter to plug your ipod or phone directly to the amp. Test with a small speaker. Or just install it and pray Edit: ^^^ Well shit
  7. http://www.video2mp3.net/ Link to the song: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/64642774/Big%20K.R.I.T.%2C%20Lil%20Keke%20%26%20Slim%20Thug%20_%20Me%20And%20My%20Oldschool%20%28screwed%20and%20chopped%29.mp3
  8. I would buy a used D3400 from someone who has a high output alt in there sig... haha

You can run it at .5 but I personally wouldn't run it if my voltage dropped below 13.5. When voltage drops more current is needed and that is what will end up blowing your amp. (probably)
  10. Is that actually bad? If you have the gain down it shouldnt be a problem... should it?
  11. Yeah, you will definitely at least double current draw
  12. Go get your battery load tested.... You shouldnt be dropping that much. My aq2200d dropped from 13.8 to 13.1 on 100% stock electrical.
  13. IT IS TRUE. But don't worry about it. And I hate when people think it is possible for a battery to rest at 13.1v. Any battery that reads 13.1 volts obviously still has a float charge from being charged with an alternator. Highest open circuit voltage possible is 12.80 volts after sitting for 24 hours and usually 12.7+ indicates a full charge
  14. I like using the Stone spray paints, it covers all imperfections and looks like you have a rock in your trunk!
  15. Go to newegg.com and look at the amperage on the 12v line. Something with 200 amps can be found but its not cheap... This does 180 amps at 12v http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817194092
  16. That depends on your tuning... Just set you subsonic filter to 3-5hz below what your box is tuned to. If your btl is sealed.... well thats a problem
  17. Nope it could be a billion, doesn't matter lol really? so when i start the car it only start with the first one? Yes. Thats what a battery isolator does. Allows power into the battery (from the alt, thru the main, into the 2nd) but doesn't allow power to go from the 2nd to the main. ok this is were it gets messy when it come to batts because every one tells me i dont need a isolator is i wiring them parallel?? You definitely don;t need an isolator. Only time a battery isolator would help is if you were running a non agm battery up front.
  18. I would buy an AQ3500d.1 can be found used for $600 shipped which is great bang for the buck. But you need to think of electrical first. You will need at least a 200+ amp alternator and a nice 100AH battery. The electrical you need will cost more than the amp.
  19. I love plastidip, I used it on my rear badges but might turn out expensive. $9 a can may need 5-6 for a nice uniform coat on a 6 cube box
