There was a long list of shit they had to replace. Few months later, its doing the same thing, but neither db-r or Sundown will fix it. Imagine that, db-r is a Sundown dealer and their repair shop, so they can make money on a shoddy repair. They are strong amps, and the onboard crossovers are awesome, but there is something fishy about problems like this. its weird that its happening to you.. the saz4500d you sold it still kicking. seems to me the problem are the 4 channel amps

my only question is. is the amp a new model that is mono block or is it the 2 channel one that is on the DC website?

what they mean by rated at 11.9v is when they test it it rated that power with that voltage but try running that amp at 11.9v all day everyday and see what happens just put at this way.. the 10k puts out 10k at 12v but it dont mean it should be run at that low voltage for long periods of time

why not a saz4500 at 1 ohm? the only reason i would wire .5 is if i cant find a bigger amp. so a saz3500 at .5 vs a saz4500 1 ohm i would go with the saz4500
