    the gain knob dont always have to be all the way up as a matter of fact its even better when its turn down, makes the amp work less

    i take exception to that statement.....Second Skin has given away THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars worth of product out to members here. If someone asked me for a sample, i would send a small one too. Thats why they call it a sample. also, no need to thank that guy here on this forum.     make sure the ground was on there really good, mine was doing that and had to tighten the ground good(talking about the dd-1 prongs)

    your car must have low idle, when you turn AC on the engine idles a bit more so it turns your alt on. it happens with any brand H/O alts you need to check your idle speed

    thats proven to cost more then if he just saves and buys what he wants, he just have to do it slowly. since he already has the 2000 watt amp he can get 1 sub
