db-r, proud supportors of banning things for the users having no common sense. db-r anti dd-1 due to user error, goverment anti gun due to metnaly ill. both want to ban the equipment and ignore the real issue. the fact that they say its the dd-1 because of possible user error discredits their opionin that the dd-1 is junk. -
it is possible that they could see this thread or other threads like this were we talk about haters and their lack of lifes then post a bunch of bs for the attention. could just be a trolling troll rolling through the emotions with no real self worth trying to make an excuse for his life long failures. none the less, a simply reply with a link to this forum and telling them to find a thread or post with you in the wrong could shine some light on the truth.

if they cant provide proof of these claims isnt there legal actions you can take against them. i wouldnt realy think of it as worth the time but calling them and telling them you want proof of said issues or them to announce their ignorance about the dd-1 and explain that they were making false claims with no proof of such issues being caused by the dd-1. i see it like i see cell phone companies, they cant simply say we are better then so and so. they have to hire a company to test what provider is better before making such claims. the people claiming the dd-1 is garbage should have to hire a 3rd party company and prove themselfs or retract their statements and admit to their ignorance.

and this is how its done when you put your name on your work. you dont just do the work sign your name and be done with it. you make sure that the product works and works right and when someone tries to say otherwise you stand behind the product do what you can to prove it works. this is why people talk shit, they talk shit because what you do is improve car audio and have a good time doing it while most of these haters are sitting around playing games instead of trying to make a name for themselfs.

an h/o load could help a lot. specaily if you plan on adding more to the system like a 4 channel for the doors. like you said though the stock batt needs replacing so i would go that route. chances are a d3100 will fit with little to no moddifications. what truck is it anyways? -

up at 4:30am still. cooking breakfast now for the wife who goes to work at 8am. gonna hate this but hopefully she will be happy. on another note, cant wait for tax return. putting a good amount towards subs, wood, adjustable alt regulator, and an smd-vm1

thats good to know, mine is gonna be a few inches closer to the windsheild then yours but still up more of out of sight. gonna move my map light to the center of the car fill it with white leds and put the volt meter where the map light is angled back and down. just dont want it to light up enough to where it puts a blue/white glow that would make it harder for night time driving. could just use a peice of 70% tint or something to dull the light down to though. cant wait to be able to order one.

^^ nice, great idea putting it in the sunglass holder by the looks of it. mine is gonna be in the same area but right in the headliner next to the map light. when you have it open to see is it to bright for when driving? thats my only worry about where i want to put it.

so the wife has been complaining a lot about bs and work involving her manager hiring a friend for a manager position and some other bs. ive been telling her to bring it up with the regional and she wouldnt. well, she talked to her manager and got some of the issues taking care of. so much less stress at home from her now.

im not gonna sweat it. eventually she will get what is hers anways. as for the police, o well. a freind of mine is currentlly going through training, hopefully she will be the turn around needed. im not saying all the cops here suck but from my experience with them the last 4 times in the last 2 years they have done nothing to help. they are to protect and serve the people but so far i have not seen them uphold to wait the y claim to be. i now there are some that do good but i just havent had...

the wiring would be easy. power wire to what you want to watch the voltage on (amp, batt bank, alt, distro block, front batt), remote to h/u remote, negative to closest ground. not rocket science, if you can wire an amp you can wire a voltage meter.

so i know i have a sensor going bad on my car just dont know what sensor. gas mpg is down to about 15per gallon, while in gear at a stop it has some shaking to it, every once in a great while when i first start up the car and go to leave when i give it gas it acts like im not on the gas at all. cleaned the maf sensor. i had a used tps sensor that came off the car that i put back on. dont want to spend a fortune replacing sensors. im gonna start with the what the smd forum suggests the most. t...

exactly, use to only act up at random but now its all the time. you would think that if its effecting the gas milage the computer on the car would catch it but hasnt. im gonna hook it up to the scanner and watch the sensors as i drive down the road see if one has anything that looks off. my dad is a mechanic but the last time we did it nothing looked bad. the proplem has got worse since then though so maybe it will be easier to see.

If there is something wrong, the OBD-II would pick it up. Right now I have a random multiple misfire and a bad heated o2 sensor. You can tell it's misfiring slightly.

just had to completly reprogram my computer. lost so much info and pics... come to find out my brother inlaw has been downloading porn and music then putting it on his phone and deleting it from the computer. computer crashed but up and running agian. took a whole 3 hours. can you guess who will never touch the computer agian?

the wife requested to work morning shifts so she has more time to spend with her family they gave her the closing shift. she called be complaining and crying about it but then as soon as she gets off work she takes off instead of taking the chance she had to spend with the family... how to say stfu with all the complaining if your not gonna do anything with the time you have with out being a complete ass? i hate listening to people complain but do nothing.
