Captain Stupid Posted December 29, 2012 Report Posted December 29, 2012 So, my girlfriend had to borrow my Subaru Outback early this morning because her car was having issues and she needed to get to work. It was a long, crappy day for her working at the local treatment and recovery facilty. She deals with tweakers and idiots all day and it really takes a toll on her. After a 15 hour work day she calls me up before leaving work to see if I wanted her to bring home some dinner. I said sure, how about some MickeyDs? Well, she's on her way there and just as she is about to turn into the McDonalds parking lot, some asshole in front of her slams on his brakes for no apparent reason. This idiot must have been on drugs or something because there was no logical reason for him to stop in the middle of the turn lane just before the driveway. She knows its her fault for rear ending him, but damn, what a moron? Who does that? Just slamming on the brakes for no reason! So she gets out to yell at him about what a stupid move that was and the guy starts crying about his poor little Ford Escort being scratched up. I mean, this dude actually started crying. He was so upset, he had to take his glasses off to wipe the tears off the lenses so he could see. It was clear to her this dude was a mess. She sees guys on drugs and in denial about their addictions all day, so believe me, she can recognize a druggie when she sees one. So she is fed up with how much of a pansy this guy is, she gets back to the car and just takes off. When she gets home, I see the scratches on my car and its not hat bad. At least she is OK. I just need to get some tan touch up paint for the bumper and it will be good as new. Anyone else have issues like this with stupid drunk or druggie drivers doing erratic things? I mean, this guy was such a mess, he didn't even try to give chase when she took off. What a bitch! (on there way here) atomic at-3000.1 (soon) 146.2 outlaw @39hz., bad alt an bad batt when termed (old 2 12" build) alpine 6.5s in doors infinty 4x6s in dash. clarion cz201 HU. mechman 240a H/O alt stuff i still need. SHCA 2/0 wire SHCA 1/0 to 2/0 adapters Atomic AT-3000.1 Lots of sound deadner new mids an highs, still debating on what to do. A few Deka g31 batts.
