    i dunno how fast your going to be doing your build but i just ordered the subs and amp will be ordered when i get home (tomorrow) im going to be doing alot of deadning within the next week or so... hopefully have full build done within the month (i work 58-64 hours a week 2nd shift) but maybe then you can get an idea on what you wanna do

    i always do a good full layer on the inside of the door and peice up the outside of it i know alpha damp say that you done need to cover the whole thing (25% i think) and if your walling off the trunk i wouldnt worry to much about trunk rattle (get cheap stuff for that) (someone else may be able to chime in about the trunk thing) and im sending you a pm

      yeah i think i could just barley squeeze 2 15s in it (subs and port facing cabin walled) but the 2 12s sound a little more doable less cutting/bull shit later down the road

      im thinking 2 12s would just barley fit (with my 3xs power batts and amps all tucked in their) might try to fit 2x 15s but who knows i dont wanna cut to much from the rear deck but its for the love of bass :P

      Might as well fix it. You may get it sold for 1000 but when you buy another car the transfer and licensing fees will cut a couple hundred out of that 1000 you sold your car for. In Illinois anyway dont know about your area

      got the fuel injectors replaced last month for 1000 bucks... and now the tranny is leaking from the front seal and needs a "tune up"

      well bought the truck for 1100 from a fag off craigslist... droped 500 into it to replace lower intake manifold gasket/cooling stuff..then 2 months later drop 1000 into fuel injectors... then i leave for a month come back drive the truck 2 days and on my way home the tranny started pouring fluid.... its a money pit lol im looking at a new car...fuck these craigslist beaters

    my d975s which are in the back of my jimmy seem to be doing the same thing (not major swelling but they are not FLUSH ) i dunno they never see over 90 degrees and alt charges @ 14.6 for about 2 minutes then once engine is hot voltage drops to about 14.2 i also bought all 4 of my batts from audiosavings... id take a pic post it then contact xs power audiosavings is a hassle to get anything replaced took them 2 weeks to finnaly send my 2 sets of components that i bought used (stated new on ebay)

    ill say it one more time.. i couldnt open the pictures cuz the phone wouldnt let me! not becaue i dont know how? I never once said 5-7 db i said 5 and meant .5 i just forgot the "." i also told you that. I could never see the bracing you wanted or anything so i went ahead and braced it because these are not 2x4s they are only wooden dowels an inch thick.. now that everything is changed and how you want it you can look at the pictures i sent you and reply. again its my fault you didnt try to use your laptop? you said you used your black berry lol i want all measurements depth, with, high port wall length and anything else you can measure before i ever think of driving 3 hours away to get a box thats now officially a hack job

    and if you try to call me a liar again i will post EVERY email and EVERY txt message i have from our communication to let the general public know what the fuck is really going on.... it is your fault you couldnt figure out how to open the pics (even though when i first sent them you said thats a nice box design and you where glad you didnt have to make one for me) it is your fault there was no communication till last week when i finally was ready for pick up and you said you didnt start it (you then tell me you "kinda started already") it is my fault for expecting you to do what i ask knowing full well i should have done it my self it is my fault for not asking you 30 times if you know how i want the top baffle and sub position it can go both ways but if i was building a house for someone... and only had the dimensions you damn well better believe i would ask for a blueprint or any details that they have NOT provided! your communication is whacked bro.... this should have not went public until you had the box designed to MY specs and liking BTW i want a measurement with a pic of the port wall cuz that doesnt look like 35.75" deep but hey pictures can be deceiving

    it is no way my fucking fault you use a shitty blackberry to read your emails... and cant figure out how to download .pdf files i assumed you where smart enough to do that.... i have txt messages that i can upload that PROVE you said 5-7 db stop being a fucking idiot... i told you two weeks from may 14th the LAST txt message i got from you was "ok sounds good" that bracing in MY box design is more than enough....

    well i have nothing really good to say about this as you went into left field without telling me... i emailed you at the beginning of may... 2nd to be exact... we talked for a few days about the build, how much it would cost, when i would pick it up... i emailed you dimensions of the box i wanted build and 6 pictures of the blueprints... how i wanted the dowels,port,and what material to use.. there was a 2 week period where there was no communication between you and me.. (for various reasons on both sides) you did someone elses box and then when i emailed you a week ago you told me you where "kinda started already" which to me seems like you maybe had a few cuts done.. (i was ready to pick it up on the time i told you i would... the weekend of june 2nd ) after giving you another chance at it... you start the build it looks really good and once see you have the subs mounted not how i wanted them i became upset... let alone that dowel mess you call bracing..... from what ive seen their will be a loading/unloading problem since 2 of the subs are mounted over the port wall and 2 firing down onto the 45s at the bottom of the box... air/fluid dynamics are not that hard to under stand... you claim you never got the blueprints... even though if you got the dimensions you HAD to get the blue prints as their in the same email that i forwared to you from the guy that helped me design the box.... i have a 48 email convo to prove all of this along with proof that i forwarded you the blueprints.. how i wanted it done... and the day i will pick it up... let alone the 200 plus txts we have (thank god for android/txt message back up... im sorry you dont know what a .pdf file is im sorry you think this build will give me a 5 db higher score than my original design (later he claimed it was a .5 db increase not the 5-7 he claimed before) here is what the box was suppose to look like

    Actually Nathan said running XS with other brands is not preferred but is possible. You DO NOT want to run XS or any AGM batteries with a battery of a different type or chemistry. Example, a wet cell die hard will not mix with a XS agm type. It is not ideal but Optima and XS batts can be compatible. he told me that even other brands of AGM batteries can cause the over all lifetime of the xs battery to wear down due to different resting voltage... sorry had to post that lol
