    I liked reading them cause Steve always got them back lolI sometimes would say to myself how does he think/ comes up with so many comebacks I thought the same thing. But I guess after years of standing up for yourself, it will become natural. But I always somewhat looked forward to seeing Steve slam the heck out of some of the haters. Edit: it would be nice to have a fourth of your comeback skills

    So I bought a D3100 from mechman. I had it two days and was on my Battery Tender Plus on float mode, sitting at 13.4v. Last night I noticed a bit of swelling (<cm) on the battery. At first I panicked thinking my battery was shot, or not really knowing what to think of the whole thing. So I quickly took it off the charger, thinking that it was gonna blow up. Today I called XS and they needed pictures, so I sent them some. I got a reply stating that it was just natural bowing of the housing, and it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Swelling was swelling to me, and I thought it was going to get worse, but in reality I had nothing to worry about. Felt a bit stupid after it all but glad everything it ok. Going from a ton of stress worrying about my the battery to having no stress was a huge relief. Thank you Josh at XS and to all that helped me in this situation A+ customer service Here are some pictures of my "swelling" aka nothing to fret over, like I did

    fml. d3100 swollen after two days of owning it. Didn't even get the chance to install it. Just sat on float mode on the BT Plus. hopefully xs replies tomorrow

      ive been using battery tender plus for a year and it is awesome never overcharged or swelled a battery

      Didn't get any pics yet. Last night it was swollen about a cm on each side. It has gone down just a bit. But when tapped it sounds hollow, compared to where it's not swollen it solid as a rock.

      Saw on a Toshiba forum that someone had fixed their problem by turning it off and taking battery out, walah! It works again.

      Nice. I just replaced a screen in mine, first one came in cracked, they asked for a pic of damage and they sent me a new one free. Told me keep the old one.

    O_o i didnt even know it was in a vendor section i thought it was in "general" secondskin ftw? x2 The second skin vendors are awesome. I remember back in the p&s debates, they urged you to not use p&s and buy actual deadener, even if it wasn't second skin. Imo that says something about a company when they say that.

      Ended up taking the tire into local shop. Ended up having corrosion around the rim, which got worse once I hit a pothole.

    I don't mean to but did you have the track already playing on your HU before attaching the dd.1 to the amp? That's the only reason why I would think that it would spark. If not then never mind. Freaking boss CS by the way. Can't get much better than that.

    Can you use Titebond 2 below 55 degrees? I know on the bottle it says don't use below 55, but I didn't know what would happen or if someone has used it below that.

    Ha that's cool! I played for awhile and eventually just got tired of it. Stopped playing about 3-4 years ago. I might play again once my build is done lol.

      i have had UPS break 2 subwoofers, one being a couple days ago shipped in a wooden crate. Broke 4 spokes off and split the basket.

    Thanks for the info, didn't realize the CC.1 came with two CD's. But still trying to figure out if audacity would work for creating tones or not. And about that Set button, even though I am just assuming that the manual said Read instead.

    I have not yet purchased the unit, but just familiarizing myself with the manual. In the manual it refers to a "Set" button. But on any of the pictures of the CC.1, all I see are Off, On, and Read. I am assuming that the Read button is Set? Also seeing that the tracks on the CD only go up to 400hz, and it says go to http://damoreengineering.com/ to get more tracks, I have not been able to locate the tracks yet on that site. Would it be ok to create a _____hz tone in audacity and use that with the CC.1, or are the tracks on the CD different from those produced by audacity? Just a bit curious, but are there only two modes on the CC.1, the standard one when it turns on, and then competition?

    Yeah, I'm running twisted, when I should probably be running coax. I'm assuming AQ amps fall into the 75% category. Hopefully I won't have too much noise. Great video! wish it would have been up awhile ago lol Edit: Nvm, I thought Knu karma was twisted. Here it is twisted coaxial? I have no clue.
