Uhoh45...idk why you're defending the bouncer for what he did. Even if the guy was dealing drugs (which I doubt, and if he was, he probably sucks at it if he only had $300), you don't take the law into your own hands like that. You've never been accused of being a drug dealer? I have, because I have a nice car with big rims. Its infuriating sometimes too because I work hard for everything I have. I can tell you that if a bouncer pulled that shit on me, he wouldn't have made it out of the parking lot unless he was in the back of a cop car or an ambulance. This is the kind of thing I would go to jail for if someone did that to me. Someone tells you to bow down to them, thats taking it into dehumanization. I always carry a nife on me 24/7 because you never know what may happen. Ok so what if the kid was selling some drugs, big deal its not like their buisness they are running is any better. If he had drugs, from the looks of him wouldnt of been but some simple pills, or weed. I agree with you, we don't know what happened off camera. And that's why we're only talking about what we saw and basing everything off of that. If other things happened too bad because in court nobody is going to care because the video is going to just over ride just about everything that is said.

And to comment on your example. Have you watched the movie "Felon"? What you said was just about exactly what happened in the movie. And the guy with the bat went to jail because it happened after the fact. The guy had already left the house (or establishment in your example) so the real victim was no longer justified in his retaliation.

and it sounds like in that movie buddy got robbed at his house and then found the guy and fucked him up kinda thing

It's a pretty cool movie and the beginning is just like the example you gave.

But in the movie someone breaks into the guys (victims) house. The victim and guy bump into eachother in the house. Victim grabs a bat and the guy start running. The victim chases the guy and strikes him in the head with the bat. At that point they had reached the guys front lawn. They go to court and the "victim" is arrested because he was no longer justified in his actions because they weren't inside his house anymore.

Damn this post was real off topic but it explains Why retaliation after the incident isn't too good so I'll post it anyways.

#3 He did the right thing by being calm and getting out of the situation.

#4 Its a simple case in the court in this instance. He could get so much money from that club, then see #2 lol.

There have been multiple calls to the cops on this place for similar shakedowns. This is not the first time. I think they thought the little guy (or as you put it, punkass lil bitch) was an easy target.

You know how many people talk shit to bouncers? Their job is to keep people in order and in some places allow/deny access into the building. Getting shit talked to is part of their job and beating someone up for doing so should result in immediate termination, they need to just ignore them and let it go, unless of course they get out of hand and violent, then you muscle them out of the building. And I don't know if the kid knew he was being recorded at the time or not, he never looked at the camera/phone.

And how is he a 'punkass lil bitch'? It's amazing how people act tough but when put in a situation with two bouncers of that size locked in a bathroom, you're not going to talk shit or try to take them down. I'd say <5% of the people on this forum would even be able to hold their own in that situation. He did the right thing and just left it alone so it didn't escalate any more.
