The 12" sonotube is to make the airflow transisition smoothe also it will give some depth and adjustability to the port vs having to use 4 sheets of 1" ply to make the baffle thick enough for the port to do anything. Able to shrink port area as needed for the desired results.

Plan is to test it on a single 3k see what happens, then jump to 2 if i buy some batteries. Probably going to jump from there to a single 9k. I wont be fighting rise this time with 12 subs :yahoo:

...this time around i used the regular stuff not the big gap filler...also i did only a bout a can or two. then i will drill holes and add some as needed....

The jeep puked expansion foam for about 5 months from the roof!!!!
