Its just my kind of luck. The only thing that I hope can work to my favor is that I used my insurance company's roadside assistance plan. So they can screw me all they want. I just have to tell my insurance company what happened and they wont get any more tows from my insurance company. I use USAA for my insurance and they are kinda big. itd be nice if my insurance company handled them. It would give me some leverage instead of me being a single person who has to argue his case. I went after to check it out and saw that they drove the car off the bed and into its spot....the car had a flat and because it was snowing they spun the tires because of no traction, rim was effed worse than when it got the flat frok the accident.
