I work with a body builder and he takes none of that shit, none. He does however take steroids. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Nitrotech is for postworkout, Phase8 before bed, and the Elite whey is for when I need to boost protein totals for a lacking meal or to balance the macro ratio of a high carb treat, like pizza or sweets.
