Didn't do his own job, kept things under lock and key to the point that it hurt workflow, made up his own rules, disregarded company policy, set some people up to get fired and flat out fired others w/o reason. Basically anyone who called him out on his crap got fired. Guy was corrupt and shady. Myself and lots of other people complained. Regional manager did some poking around, found a bunch of receipts for one of our supply stores for things that were never attached to a workorder. All charged to the company credit card. Well come to find out he's been acting unusually nice towards said store, buying them lunch, stuff like that. Seems he was treating himself at the companies expense. That was that.
