His lawyers claimed he was not mentally stable blah blah blah. Personally, I don't care if you are 110% mentally deficient or you score a 36 on the ACT first try, if you kill and rape a 16 year old girl, or set off a bomb in a crowd of people.... You DESERVE to die. Scumbag got sentenced to death Tuesday...but his lawyers will spend the next 10, 20, maybe even more years...appealing it and calling for mental evaluations...
