it might lower when you seal it off..i know when they sealed off the "maliboom" wall the first one his peak dropped quite a bit.. but every vehicle is different.. and its fresh subs so i wouldnt worry till they get some brake in time

Ive never blown a sub ever and i'll slam on stuff right out the box.

The only sub ive ever done a "breakin on" are my DD subs, and to be honest i thought it was rather silly the process they wanted me to do in order to "break in" thier subs

Either its been turned up, or his gains are probably set wrong, hence why he goes through subs. its had to have been turned up to at least know if his gains are at a safe level either clipping wise, or mechanical wise.

You guys think My peak will get higher or lower once its sealed off. So far, I am kinda disappointed in the lows.

In all honestly I believe in the wall setup in the mustang since your shrinking down the cabin of the car it always seems to me like it raises a few hz, like in a wall setup likes your could be wrong though

I had 2 xl5s in my back seats sealed off and it raised a few hz

What the fuck are you guys talking about me going through subs? Only sub i've blown is the lvl 6. Gains are set properly, I don't want to go full tilt until I get a second baffle on there and I want to give the fiberglass a good 24 hours to set. Has nothing to do with sub break in.

Mother fuckers should probably read everything before talkin a bunch of shit.
