OrzechNJ Posted January 21, 2014 Report Posted January 21, 2014 oh man.. thats some sweet upgrade.. edit: late hint/advice about the smaller pulley alt, In ur case a shorter belt is a must, I dont know if belt was rattling or slipping as well but when I had a Singer alt with smaller pulley belt was slipping every time I started the vehicle. My friend advised me to get shorter Goodyear belt. I didnt have any problems since the upgrade.. not expensive $15-20 range. sometimes Loud is NOT pretty Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.

Yeah the expense isn't so much the issue as having to pull the air box, motor mount, and jack the engine up to get the belt off that pisses me off. Ooooohhh shittt.. you might finally get loud. .
