stingers suck. i have one in my basement that worked for all of about 10 seconds. Its a shame that they have such a cheap product but it makes me wonder if it sa batch issue. as you can see some had good luck.

I do know of someone who is coming out with a voltmeter in the near future that should kick ass..........

As long as its cheaper than your damn Dakota digital, $100+ voltmeter I'm down.

Ive been beating on my X scorpion without issue.... When I got it a year ago everyone was all like " oohhhh those are crap" well it works great. Cheaper than the Stinger and lasts longer.

I can agree to this. Mine still works and is accurate. Only thing that sucks is the refresh rate.

I have yet to use my stinger yet. I was told that the xscorpions are nice but the numbers become a blur when the voltage is changing. On the higher end the Dakota digital is really nice but it ain't cheap. You can get a dud product with anything every once and a while

Get off my dakota. :D

my stinger voltmeter has been in 4 different cars and used daily for 2yrs its never failed for me

keep it in a place with minimal vibration and they last forever

So in a 155 plus car where shoudl you mount it then.

If you want a digital the AutoMeter digital voltmeter works great. It's not cheap, $80, but looks great and is accurate.

These guys are cheap. they get butthurt when i recommend dakota digital.
