Hook it up to a battery, charge it to 5ish volts, hook it up to the charger @25a to finish charging. Done in 10 mins with 2 banks. 8 banks takes a bit longer lol. what wattage drl resistor you using? any issues? If you lay the bank flat can you get me some dimensions? I think i could fit 3 banks in my spare tire well lol i fit 8 in my tire well. lol. the blue caps are 6.5 tall by 2.5 diameter. in an assembled bank with minimal straps (such as ebay ones) the banks are about 15 inches long for comfort. and 2.5 wide. so 15 by 2.5 wide by 6.5 tall. add more height for connections and lugs. The DC9K is in and breathing....BUT before I could really tune it....my damn 360.3 glitched out on me and needed to be sent in (for the 2nd time). Funny how the people who have a louder system than you will usually give you a compliment about your setup because they know how much blood, sweat, time, and money you put into it. I've been playing around with my supercaps too. They're mounted, I'll have to get some pics of those as well. I was worried with only one bank but they DO make a DIFFERENCE...
