b-dubs89 Posted May 21, 2012 Report Posted May 21, 2012 i have heard good things about jvc head units . i have an alpine cda 9851 that is getting tired , and i have pioneer that come from walmart with a front usb and i am pleasantly surprised with how the pioneer performs . not sure what my next head unit will be , probably gonna shoot for something all pre-amp

Torres Posted May 21, 2012 Report Posted May 21, 2012 i just bought a 9887 myself. not installed yet tho since i think i'm gonna try to sell the truck and get a different one. if not, i'll eventually install it. gave it a test run off an old PC PSU and an extra test speaker i have and it seems pretty nice so far n8, you use the imprint on yours? i didn't read too much into it until i was looking for a head unit and read lots of great reviews about it
