Back when I used to work in kitchens one of the things I HATED the most was cooking off the bacon in the morning. Hated the smell, the grease, pretty much everything about it! Just tastes like eating a chunk of shortening to me as it coats your mouth in fat and just tastes greasy to me! Lol. I do miss cooking steaks, beef, pork chops, etc. like I used to when working in kitchens though. Always enjoyed grilling a nice steak and making some clean grill marks.
