I hope out of necessity and not a fad “diet!” Working in the food industry I have an extreme irritation with the idiots that are doing gluten free to drop a few pounds and then can’t figure out why once they add gluten back into their diet they balloon back up because their body has no clue what the hell to do with it! I had a buddy that used to have to bring his own pasta places and things of that nature. Was such a hassle for him, and waiters used to bitch so much.
