Half dozen hot dogs, cut lengthwise and then chopped half dozen chopped/slice redskin potatoes Little bit of salt, pepper, and Lowry's for flavor. Pan fry with a little bit of Olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan til the potatoes start to get golden and the hot dogs start to brown/crisp. I guess they also used to put onions in it. Remade this tonight but used 8 baby Klondike gold taters, a whole pack of Koegels hot dogs and added half of a red pepper, diced. In a food coma right now. UBL | Build Log
