727Designs
Did you do your sweep at close to full tilt? I've seen people do them at half tilt or so and your peak will actually be different. I prefer to get some test and tune time and just go through tones individually till you find the one that works best. Also like said earlier move the box around, I've seen a .4-.5 gain just from sliding a box a few inches in a trunk setup. -Zach-2010 Toyota TundraFull Hybrid Audio SQ 7" BDS on 37's 2000 Ford Expedition 160+ dB Green Turd -SOLD-

OrionStang
Get rid of that piece in the middle of the port, so its one big port. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
kl0wn
Why do people get so caught up with numbers? If it sounds good to you, screw what the numbers say. If you are chasing after pure numbers though, you need to put more time into testing before you get disappointed. As for a daily box though, why chase numbers? 06 Mini Cooper S Sundown, SoundQubed Cadence, XS Power 151s Sealed 155s Outlaw Windshield @ 37hz
alaskanzx5
after asking around on here most said a single chamber box is louder. so maybe do a rebuild on the box with the same specs but a single chamber with port on the driver side as i have been told that port on the driver side is usualy louder aswell. t1500bdcp 2 t2d4 15" 1 t600.4 1 t400.2 1 set p1 tweets singer alt, tons of wiring, smd vm-1, 80prs, back seat delete, still in the works, aiming for a 145-147 with the ability to play 25hz up to 50hz. cjvue
my guess is that the box is too small for the power. How many cubes net? Port seems small if you're chasing number. There are a lot of room back there to build a bigger box. .... also, round those edges.
