According to the cops, since I'm the one talking to him because even though it is her profile and he thinks he is talking to her, if I ask or convince him to send pics outside of him doing it of his own accord, through normal conversation, and they can show I was the one he was talking to then he isn't breaking the law. With the way the conversation was going last night I will be surprised if he doesn't do something tonight to give the cops at least enough for solicitation of a minor. Right now anything to get him on is better than nothing. I cant think of the exact show it was on, but swore it was about how facebook was started and what not.
