In this case a planer for making the right angle everytime. Put the lower ones on and filled the gap with resin. Then glued and screwed the cap on. Finding all the angles as well as the inner curve angles were no fun. Non the less the first angle face is tacked in for the night. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more.
