Back then, I gained a good amount of weight after my parent's house fire, and didn't talk too much so the nickname Lunchbox came about. And on the baseball team I was on there was 3 Mike's on the team. So coach called me trey. Stuck in high school and people would just add the dog part at the end to make if sound better.
