Honestly I think they should just make their stuff here and raise the price... I mean between people cancelling orders from shitty shipment and super low price on what pwx's they CAN sell, they cant be making big bucks. Being made in the usa gives a better image than a China sweatshop, its most likely gonna be better quality and it solves their shipping problems.

I spoke with them over the phone on Apr. 26th I believe, about the Mezzo's. Didn't get a name but he said they would have them Tue the 30th and would ship out immediately. I asked "when you say you'll have them, that means that they have finally cleared customs correct?" He replied "yes". Obviously that was a bold faced lie. Which I now see evidently is a pattern with them. This is forcing me to rethink the majority of my build as it consists/consisted heavily of their products (mezzo's, 2 BC2K's, C1100.4 and 2 F31hp's). Things happen that are out of our control, but be honest and explain what's going on like an adult...don't lie to me. I know they have a good product line but if they are going to lie to customers instead of being straight forward my money may be going elsewhere...?

As has been said before in this thread, you are giving them a free loan for pre-ordering product that may take an unknown amount of time to come in and leave you high and dry in the event something happens in customs causing them to hold a container.

I understand that, and I was ready for the wait when I ordered. For me the issue hasn't been the waiting, or even the repeated delays. I understand things happen and have been more than willing to roll with the punches. Just don't tell me something that you know is a lie, just because you think that's what I want to hear. Be straight with me cause i knew what I was getting into with the wait.

I'm starting to feel like I'm talking to my 7 year old when I'm dealing with them...."Just tell me the truth, because if you lie you're only going to make it worse." Lol.

yes, thats why i ordered them. because they said 'in stock' lol. i have been wanting to put 2 6.5's in my doors as well but i dont feel comfortable ordering a product thats not in stock so im waiting till that goes away.

Ordered December. Chinese New Year was the excuse. Gotcha...but isn't it almost SUMMER time now? you guys are getting shipping labels 5 months later but no activity in the tracking? Pretty lame.

Sorry guys but just remember, you get what you pay for. Not just in performance and quality but CUSTOMER SERVICE. Well in this case, nobody got what they paid for. I think i am gonna call the Rockford Fosgate 800 number, i know they will pick up on the 2nd ring. Today, tomorrow......the next day, every day. I have no reason to call them but maybe i will just to say hi.

you guys think you are having problems now, wait till one of the amps has a problem and needs repair - uhhhhhgggggggggg i can see it now.
