CarAudioFab
Many times I have been asked: "What if I don't have a table saw, how can i still make a good box?" This video answers that question. Enjoy! -Mark Host of "CarAudioFabrication" - YouTube Car Audio Tutorial Channel Check out my forum section here on SMD for my builds and tutorial videos! JamieHoward
All I have ever used is a circular saw. MDF is a very forgiving material as well. Granted, I have tons of experience with circular saws from previous employment, but the ease of cutting straight lines in this stuff is pretty high - even without a guide or jig. If you can see your line and your blade and take your time I don't see the need for a table saw.

zxsonnyxz
I also use a sircular saw with a home made guide, works great! The only problem I've been having is that I got a cheap Bosch saw. It's kind of flimsy so it's hard to get perfect 90* cuts. YEah if you don't have a table saw with a huge fence its much easier with the circular. -Mark Host of "CarAudioFabrication" - YouTube Car Audio Tutorial Channel Check out my forum section here on SMD for my builds and tutorial videos!
