You guys,.. and your wood talk...

Rest of us, are moving on...

Well, turns out,.. i dont even need the new "wrong" bit anyway.

My cheap ass,old "wrong" bit worked fine... The new one, will be returned with the quickness, in favor of a flush trim....

First/primary baffle, is cut, done.. and done..

Let me just say this, been using Cabinet grade ply without any issues. Same price as mdf but lighter.... Not as light as birch, but noticably lighter.

Now, the cut outs are flawless. Good job! And I agree, flush trim is a must.... Especially for those who cant cut straight for shit lol

Also..i may have fucked myself by not getting closer to the pillar.

Fact is, i like a seat back.. an on the lean..... sooooooo it is what it is....

Ill "pad" and "seal" those off,.. best i can..

Anyway.. I LOVE THE LOOK.......and LOVE THE FIT for the primary baffle.... fuck yes...

Im happy....

Starting to look like something now....good job on the cutouts for your first time

The baffles will bring it up closer to the pillar, wood trim is easy to do to seal it off

Lean back, lean back... no more. By the time you put up two more baffles up, might as well drive like a granny. :D
