Yeah dude, my orbital sander is getting close to doing the same thing. After a while of sanding the pad just flys off. ffs

The bottom almost looks smooth now.

(my post to my bro has to do with you)

I think they sell replacements at Depot, no?

Yes sir. Also, they all seem about the same?

I actually bought a new pad that was for a RYOBI, but,.. it was/is identical to my milwakee... i just put it on, and put it to use....

Should i show a pic of my receipt !?!?!?! LOL.. (joke, for you cool cats that understand)

Ok. guys... laura is on her way home (she is the PAINTER).

and i think im ready. It took for ever, but....... check the port, and this round over top and bottom.

It took me hours... HOURS to get it here. I did use the LOCTITE glue. BUT, it caused a issue when i laid the filler down.....

tI would bubble.. or... make bubbles or "pits". Its hard to explain??? Maybe someone that knows, could chime. But.. it sucked!

On the top of the port baffle, i laid 4 layers... YES.. 4. But.. i get it even here...

BUT FUCK MEH !!!!.. looks ok does it not?????

I love it. And yes.. there is some not EPIC ness.. but.... shit... it is smooth, and killer.....

And the bottom. Ready for color. ( im worried about people not getting LAYERS) Ok, the dark colors.... are NOT raised. This is smooth as my sack, after Laura when ham for my operation.

Fact is, just cuz its not ALL green, or "filled" dont mean it is not flush. (someone with more vocabulary, please expain!)

anyway.. its smooth as fuck.. 220 grit smooth, and 400 grit worked on the baffle, and where i could.........

I hope you understand (im sure the ones that know this will) that the discoloration is what i was BUILDING up to.....so... it is smooth.. trust me...
