I dont think this is a fly by night company, the owner is the same owner of car stereogiant.com. which should be financially stable. Its just yet another cheap woofer and definitley looks like a vvme clone. All the kids who dont know better or cant afford anythign else will love them because "for the price these things are beast yo." The one with the logo is the final product....you guys should know how that works. And again, I'm not the dealer/owner. I know the guy who is. He designed the woofer with quality in mind but to be competitively priced. It will perform and I've got my 12" already on the list. As a community, everyone's opinion matters and from what I've seen they've been quite negative. However, you may be eating your words after this woofer hits the market. SSgt.
