OrionStang
With all the injuries this year, who thought our season could get worse? This is as bad as it gets Kobe out at least for this season, if they make the playoffs. Man, I hope this isn't the one that makes him decide to retire. WastedTalent
He won't be leaving. He's done for season I'm sure but just like Mariano Rivera and Derek Jeter (who I said they'd both come back and believe ppl here said I was nuts yet who's in the lineup? Oh, both of them) he'll be back next year. Great players don't go out on an injury. They let themselves go out when THEY want on THEIR terms. Unless this achilles truly screws him over and he'll just NEVER be the same again, he'll be back. Sheena = pedobear
baron_of_bass
Man this situation sucks, I'm not a laker fan or Kobe fan at that, but the way it happened just blew. I think he'll be back, that guys a crazy SOB, he's played with injury after injury that I think this one might be the one to get him on the bench for more than a couple games. He's one if the greater competitors of my time and I have e no choice but to respect the things he's done on the court. I hope he makes a speedy recovery so that he and Lebron can go at it at least one more time. Team Bass-Hz
HunterJohnson
Kobe is one of the greatest players of all time. It's unfortunate with his injury and I hope Nash can lead us to the finals Scion tC SQ BuildiPad mini, lots of fabrication, daily drivenFord Explorer C Pillar Wall Build Just a cheap car to destroy with bass

WastedTalent
Per ESPN today, "His gameplan is to come back next season better than ever at age 35" "The best thing you media people can do is to say he's done, this is his career because that'll motivate him that much more to prove everyone wrong." Career over? Lmfao, I think not. Kobe will come back, as long as it's not a career ending injury. And I doubt that because by now they'd say or at the very least, hint at it. But all I hear is he's coming back. Sheena = pedobear
