Quote Krakin's Home Dipole Project http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/186153-krakins-dipole-project-new-reciever-in-rockford-science/#entry2772370 Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist? I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . . What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself but what has drawn your attention in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears, thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener. That's some amazing work you did steve! see the way you layed it all out just gorgious you can see you put your heart into your work. I work in the futureshop car audio bay and have never seen a nigjtmare that bad. i have seen twist and tapped alarms and decks and also being a home theater install some cnasty ass rack set ups. if theres one thing il boast about my customers allways say they love wire management and my tuning. if i know somethings in over my head i turn it down. theres no way i could have done that chevelle job and would love to hear the song "chevelle - face to the floor" in it. anyways wicked job man and thanks for posting that amazing walk through from shit to pure gold 1 Quote My youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/ghostlyrich Mazda 3 2006 Build (R.I.P) http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172728-mazda-3-2006-stealth-build/ Volkswagen GTI 2011 Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/192979-vw-gti-2011-build/ Jeep 2015 Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/201493-my-new-jeep-2015/
t69chevelle
I am new to your site, I just added my 69 Chevelle yesterday. I watched all of the videos about the 72 on you tube, I do have a question, I had always wanted to build custom Kick Panels for my Chevelle, the problem is the Emergency Brake Pedal on the Drivers Side. What did you do for the 72? I did not see anything in the Videos about it, I realize it has nothing to do with the System but it still there. I modified the Pedal by stepping it over to the right to clear my Kick Panels, just curious as to what you did. I do like your use of the magnets for the covers, also I am wondering why there is no Capacitor inline with the Subs? I also have a 250 Amp Alternator and I added a large Cap and it helped with the Bass hits. I am just about to pull my Chevelle apart to rewire it with an American Autorwire Kit(I just finished my 69 Nova) and I think I will use your very nice RCAs, I have been looking for a higher end product to replace my Phoenix Gold RCAs. I am going to keep going through more of your builds, very nice stuff.
